Worcester County – On Monday, November 13, a Worcester County jury found Timothy Allen Aulinskis, 39, of Ocean City guilty of several charges relating to his involvement with an April burglary that occurred in the Fisherman's Marina of West Ocean City. Aulinskis was originally arrested by NRP on April 15 for his involvement in the burglary of a vessel moored in the commercial harbor.

Aulinskis faced additional charges after the investigation further revealed that he had in stolen a .44 magnum revolver off the vessel. Aulinskis was found guilty of being a convicted felon in possession of a regulated firearm (handgun). He was sentenced to five years in the Maryland Department of Corrections. Aulinskis was also found guilty and sentenced to two years for burglary, 4th degree, and three years for guilty verdicts on two counts of theft less than $500 to be served concurrently.
