BPW Approves $78,000 in Program Open Space Funds for Caroline County

On November 15, Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. announced that the Board of Public Works approved $78,000 in Program Open Space funds for two projects in Caroline County. Hillsboro Town Park will receive $63,000 to develop a walking/bike trail, landscape and install benches and picnic tables. Martin Sutton Park will receive $15,000 to construct a concert bandstand and install bicycle racks, players’ benches, picnic tables and park benches.
