BPW Approves $860,500 in Program Open Space Funds for Baltimore County

On December 20, Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. announced that the Board of Public Works approved $860,500 in Program Open Space funds for three development projects in Baltimore County. Northwest Regional Park will receive $111,430 to install athletic lighting at three existing athletic fields. Kingsville Park will receive $374,070 to rehabilitate and expand its athletic field and ball diamond lighting. Marshy Point Park will receive $375,000 to construct a park entry road to provide access to a nearly 200-acre portion of the park that fronts upon Dundee Creek.
