The Baltimore District Army Corps of Engineers has issued a special public notice (SPN 11-12) for the draft regional general permit (RGP-1) for new aquaculture activities. This five year permit would cover both on-bottom and water column aquaculture for a 5 year period. Comments will be accepted until March 15th.
