Bear Hunters' Guide to Hunting Black Bears in Maryland 2009
Pre-Hunt Meeting
All successful applicants of the Black Bear Hunting Permit Random Selection Process who have not previously attended a pre-hunt meeting will be required to do so in order to successfully obtain a Black Bear Hunting Permit. Pre-hunt meeting attendance is optional for prior attendees as well as subpermittees and landowner subpermittees.
