Otters Deer The length of the Antlered or Antlerless segment of the Region A Firearms Season has been increased to 2 days for private land only. See Deer Management Region A. The bag limit for antlerless deer that can be taken on public lands in Region A was reduced to a total of 2 antlerless deer for all hunting seasons combined excluding the Junior Hunter Day. See Deer Management Region A. Crossbows are now a legal weapon during the entire Bow Season in the Suburban Deer Archery Zone (Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties).
