Muzzleloading Education Program
The Maryland Muzzleloading Education Program provides the student with information necessary to be a safe and responsible black powder hunter. The course includes classroom instruction, demonstrations and live firing.Students learn about the different muzzleloading firearms, appropriate accessories, how to load, shoot and maintain the muzzleloader and specific safety information related to muzzleloading shooting and hunting.
Muzzleloader hunting and shooting requires special skills and knowledge. This course is highly recommended for persons who want to get involved in muzzleloading. Course availability is very limited.
