It is the policy of the State of Maryland that departments and programs
provide equal access to public services for individuals with limited English
proficiency.
Limited English proficiency means the inability to adequately understand or
express oneself in the spoken or written English language.
In an effort to better assist our customers with limited English proficiency,
we are asking DNR employees who are proficient in a language other than English
to be Volunteer Translators.
By filling out the online form you are agreeing to be contacted to assist
the Department in translating via phone, face to face and/or in the translation
of vital documents.
For more information on Limited English Proficiency contact Richard Allen,
Office of Fair Practices, 410-260-8058.
