Located in Port Deposit, Maryland the property is owned by the Bainbridge Development Cooperation. The approximately 1200 acre tract was formally a U.S. Naval Training Facility.
What To See
Bainbridge CWMA provides habitat for forest wildlife - primarily white-tailed deer, rabbit, squirrel, and songbirds.
What To Do
The area is open for archery deer hunting only during the regulated hunting season established by the Maryland Wildlife and Heritage Service. Hunters are required to have a permit and a daily reservation to access the property.

Access to Bainbridge CWMA is restricted from September 15 through January 31 for the archery hunting season for seasonal permit holders with daily reservations.

Parking is available at one of six designated parking lots.

Operation of motor vehicles is limited to licensed motor vehicles only.

Hunters are required to enter from the main gate off of Route 222.

Upon entering/leaving hunters must sign in/out at the main gate entrance.

Non-Hunting Users
Outside the hunting season, public access to Bainbridge CWMA is prohibited.
Site Management Practices
Bainbridge CWMA is a mixture of fallow fields and forested lands. This property is scheduled for development in the near future.
