Adopt-A-Trail
Volunteers are needed on a regular basis to walk the trails and look for problem areas that need attention, assist with the correction of these problems, and pick up litter that gathers around the trails.

Trail Monitor
Walk the trails and look for areas that need maintenance. Assist in keeping the trails open and clean.

North Point State Park Volunteers, Inc.
Join the North Point State Park Volunteers, Inc. This group provides much support to the state forests and parks.

Gardening
Help maintain the flower gardens and perform other gardening tasks that are necesssary during the course of the year.

Historic/Docent
Volunteers give tours of the historic structures and area, and perform historic research and other tasks to educate the public about our history.

Maintenance Assistant
Assist in maintaining, cleaning, repairing and upgrading trails, campsites, restrooms, lawns, flower beds and other park facilities.

Special Events
Provide support or assistance to plan the various special events held during the year.

Visitor Information/Park Aide
Answer the phones, provide information, greet visitors and perform general office tasks.

Volunteer Naturalist
Assist the park naturalist and develop programs.

Volunteer Ranger
Assist the park rangers with day-to-day and long term operational responsibilities, including vehicle and foot patrols, general park maintenance, interpretive programs and special events. These volunteers must be 18 years of age. Training is provided.

Volunteer Horse Patrol/Volunteer Bike Patrol
Volunteers patrol the park on horseback or bike (using their own). Specific training is required.
