20 Volunteers Clean Up Janes Island Beach
Remove 1,380 Pounds of  Debris

The 2011 Coastal Cleanup Day at Janes Island State Park took place on Saturday, September 17^th. Although the day was chilly and turned rainy, 20 volunteers working with park staff still managed to remove approximately 1,380 lbs. of trash from six miles of waterfront. Many thanks to our hardy volunteers!!!
